Five of the daftest gadgets ever!!!
Previously I reported on “I Want One of Those’s” box of nothing, a gift of its own uniqueness, for the person who doesn’t want anything for their birthday. IWOOT has an extensive range of “Kitsch and Daft” gadgets and while I want to be writing some more useful gadget articles, I have to comment on five of the daftest gadgets I have ever seen, before or after the box of nothing.
With thieves everywhere, it is becoming unsafe to carry your valuables like your iPod or phone, but it is getting even harder to carry your laptop safely to work or University while on public transport. So IWOOT rolled out the “Undercover Laptop Sleeve”, which resembles a standard package, which is really a laptop sleeve, so you can carry your laptop around, without the fear of thieves knowing a laptop is inside. But don’t, I mean don’t leave it near a postbox.
Next, show a bit of lavishness, with“Gold, Bullion Doorstop.” A beautiful thing, gleaming on the living room floor, resembling a real gold bar, without the premium price tag, of £9.99.
If you loved the snow we had this year, and still long for its icy breath, then the “Instant Snow in a Can” is for you. Simply add water, and you’ll have instant winter any time, even in the hot summer nights. When you’ve finished playing with it, the snow will dehydrate and can be vacuumed up so it is easy to clean up afterwards. Turn your bedroom into a winter wonderland for just £3.99.
Speaking of the vacuuming, do you hate it when your workstation is full of biscuit crumbs because you were too messy over tea break? Not any more, thanks to the Desktop Hetty and Henry vacuum cleaners. They make light work of crumb cleaning, even in between the crevices of your keyboard, and it all works with the power of batteries, and only £9.99 each.
I’m not saying IWOOT is full of daft gadgets like gold doorstops, designer bathroom accessories, and desktop vacuum cleaners. But you can’t help but chuckle at some of these gadgets, and people do buy and enjoy them, but its just as IWOOT say “Stuff you don’t need–but you really, really want!”
